2 Tips to Build Strong Communities

I executive produce for The Vance Crowe Podcast. On a whim I reached out to invite Jim Rutt, Former CEO of Network Solutions during their $15B Acquisition, Chairman of the Santa Fe Institute, and currently growing a community called GameB with over 30k members. He said yes.
After the interview, we took the opportunity to ask Jim for some advice when it comes to growing a strong community since we're building a network for our audience as well.
His Advice:
1. Get together in person as often as you can.
2. Get people publishing what they are learning. Get their ideas shared and tested.
